• 20% ABV gently distilled and hand-bottled.
• A special product, gently (cold) processed with high-quality egg yolk & whites, sugar and bourbon vanilla extracts composed with grain liquor
• The use of pasteurized yolk, gained from grade A eggs, gives the product an expressive character.
• The alcohol strength of 20% Vol. extends the shelf life.
• Our egg liquor is an emulsion drink (mixture), which can lead to a natural segregation. It is therefore recommended to shake the product before serving.
• Keep cool / refrigerated and consume within a few days after opening.
• Unopened bottles, stored in a cool place protected from light, can be kept for half a year.
